Daniel A. Levine ("Dan") Owner
Dan has 19 years of experience in various aspects of real estate/construction finance, taxation,
internal controls, financial accounting and information technology and is responsible for
overseeing the same for RL Homes. Dan has been the Corporate Controller and/or Chief
Information Officer for a number of well-known enterprises including Turnberry Associates,
Constructa Properties and Avatar Development Corp. Previously, Dan was a Senior Auditor
and Consultant with the Real Estate & Construction Division of Ernst & Young in Miami,
Florida and for a number of years provided Virtual CFO services to small and medium-sized
real estate developers and contractors. Dan received a B.S. in Business Administration
(Accounting) from the University of Florida in 1989 and a Master of Accounting from Florida
International University in 1996. Dan is a licensed Florida Certified Public Accountant,
but does not practice public accounting at this time.
